Packaging

We do our best to pack items securely while also trying to do so in the most environmentally friendly way possible. When we use bubble wrap, it is either bubble wrap that we reuse from our wholesalers or biodegradable bubble wrap. Our packaging tape is made from paper that is 60% organic material and solvent-free.

The packaging peanuts we use dissolve in water and can also be disposed of with organic waste. They are made from natural, non-toxic materials such as wheat or corn starch.

We also ship with the Austrian Post, which offers CO2-neutral shipping.

What if my package gets damaged during delivery?

In the event of serious damage during shipping, we accept returns for a full refund of the items you purchased.

You must submit photos of the damaged item(s) within 2 days of confirming delivery of your package. After examining the photos, you must return the item(s) to us. The refund will be processed after we receive the item(s).

Disclaimer: Please note that claims for damages will not be accepted AFTER the 2nd day (see above).

 

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping in Austria for orders valued €100 or more, to Germany for orders valued €150 or more and to the rest of the EU for orders valued at 180€ or more.

What happens if my package is returned?

If your order is returned to us, we have to pay a fee to the post office, which is €5 for domestic orders and even more for orders inside and outside the EU. If the package is returned because you provided an incorrect/incomplete address, you will have to pay us back the fee we had to pay and you will also have to pay the shipping costs again. If you want a refund instead, we'll only refund you the amount you paid for the items, not the shipping cost, and we'll also deduct the fee we had to pay for the return shipping. Therefore, please check beforehand whether your address is complete, ie whether you have given the house/apartment number, the door number, etc.
