CO₂-neutral delivery

We want to keep our impact on the environment as low as possible, which is why we ship our parcels exclusively with the Austrian Post Office, which guarantee CO₂-neutral delivery. You can find more info about this here.

Shipping costs:

Austria:

Standard: 4.99€

Free shipping for orders 100€ and above

Germany:

Standard (for orders under 30€): 10.99€

Standard: 6.99€

Free shipping: for orders valued 150€ or more

All other EU countries:

Standard: 14.50€ 

Free shipping: for orders valued 180€ or more

Returned packages:

If your order gets returned to us, we have to pay a fee to the post office, which is 5€ for domestic orders and even more for other orders in the EU and outside the EU. If the package gets returned due to you putting an incorrect/incomplete address, you will have to pay us back the fee that we had to pay and you will also have to pay for shipping again. If you'd like a refund instead, we will only refund you the amount you paid for the items and not the shipping fee and will also subtract the fee we had to pay for the return. So please check beforehand that your address is complete, i.e. that you write the house/apartment number, door number etc. 

Shipping time

We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, since we are only a small business, it may take a few days. Our delivery time is usually 3-5 business days from receipt of order. However please keep in mind that we can not guarantee this.
