Returns

First of all, we would like to ask you to keep returns to a minimum, as they are not only bad for the environment, but also a lot of work for us. We spend a lot of time taking photos, filming videos and writing product descriptions so that we can hopefully provide you with enough information about the product, so that you know whether it is to your liking or not. Of course, you are always welcome to contact us if you have more questions about the products, or would like to see more pictures or videos :)

Return process:

If you are really not satisfied with one or more products that you have ordered, you can return them within 14 days. Please contact us or simply enclose the completed cancellation form with your return. If everything gets returned to us in its original condition, the amount will be refunded to you within 10 days.

Note:

• Unfortunately, as a small business, we cannot afford to cover the shipping costs for returns.
• Please make sure that you pack the item(s) well so that nothing can be damaged during shipping.
• We do not accept returns that are freight collect. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Returns in case of damage:

Please check all products from your order as soon as you receive them and contact us immediately if there is any damage or you have received the wrong product/something is missing from the order. If one or more items were damaged during shipping and you wish to return them, you must take photos of the damage and send them to us within 2 days of delivery. Once we have reviewed the photos, you will need to send the item(s) back to us and we will refund the amount. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping.

Disclaimer: Please note that claims for damages will not be accepted after 2 days of confirmation that you have received the package.
